BRYCON Corporation was formed in June 1990 in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The company was formed from the members of the former RUST Engineering Co. Construction Management team, which managed the construction of two major semi-conductor fabrication facilities in Rio Rancho, beginning in 1980.
